Install Supervisor
TRS Heating & Air Conditioning continues to grow, and has an immediate opening for an HVAC Installation Supervisor.
This working supervisor role will be responsible for leading the install teams on both new and replacement units, scheduling jobs, generating material lists, and tracking the progress of each installation.
Qualified candidates should have 3 – 5 years of previous install experience, as well as 2 years of supervisory experience and all the appropriate certifications.

HVAC Installers
● One year or more of experience in the HVAC field
● Experience installing heating and cooling equipment
● Experience working with sheet metal and electrical components
● Mechanical skills and aptitude
● Basic Construction Knowledge
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Valid driver’s license with a dependable driving record
● HVAC experience, or equivalent experience in a related field
HVAC Service Technician
We are looking for a residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We service heating and air conditioning systems, standby generators, boilers, and all related equipment.
Qualifications:
● One year or more of experience in the HVAC field
● Experience servicing heating and cooling equipment
● Mechanical skills and aptitude
● Basic Construction knowledge
Position Requirements:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Valid driver’s license with a dependable driving record
● HVAC experience, or equivalent experience in a related field
HVAC Installers Helpers
● No experience necessary, must be willing to be trained
● Willing to work some weekends
● Basic construction knowledge a plus
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Valid driver’s license with a dependable driving record
HVAC Sales
We also have immediate openings for qualified Commissioned Sales professionals. This position is ready-made for success — viable leads — previous customer lists, new home buyers — are all provided for you. The key to closing these sales is all about how serious you are about being a success.
